Childhood memories of waking up or coming home to the smell of soul food...

We grew up in different parts of the world, one in Curacao, the other one in the Netherlands.
With both countries being very multicultural, we got the opportunity to experience different types of cuisines.
​
​
From the moment that we met each other, it was obvious that we both shared the love of food. We love cooking together and experimenting in the kitchen.
​
After cooking for our friends and family, we decided to work on a concept which was not very familiar to The Netherlands. We started doing cook-outs and our customers surely enjoyed our cooking.
​
We took some time off together in order to fine tune our recipes and now we are proud and excited to relaunch our new and improved Mixed Southern Cooking.
